IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: MIDWEEK SHOWS MOVE TO MONTHLY ROUND-UPs
From November 2022, both of my Trust The Doc midweek podcast shows will become monthly instead of weekly. This is in response to the sizeable increase in my workload since joining the staff at ICMP London [as opposed to freelancing as I was doing previously] which, even as a part time tutor, is demanding. It is also happening at a time when I am about to launch a second monthly live event in Lewisham with South East Central at Fox and Firkin from 24th November. Both radio stations, ExileFM and 365 Radio.co have been really supportive and made it clear that they did not want me to bring the shows to an end. So Trust The Doc Extra will now be a 2 hour monthly round-up of mainly tracks that didn’t get onto the live Saturday show and will still be on a Wednesday at 8PM. The Trust The Doc New Music Show on 365 Radio.co will go out on 365 Sounds … which means it will be a monthly podcast (2 hours of the best new music from the grassroots to the stadium fillas) that can go out any time of the month but I will probably find a fixed day for it and it will still be able free on the Patreon page for anyone who misses the initial broadcast. I am grateful to both radio stations for the love and support they have shown me over this and I hope that, while it will mean coming down from [in a 4 week month] 12 hours of ‘midweek’ broadcasting to 4 hours, I will endeavour to provide a good range of new music across the two shows. And, of course, my live Trust The Doc Radio Show at 5PM every Saturday on ExileFM will not be affected by these changes. Thanks everyone for your support and being such a cool community.
