Tonight (Thursday 1st August), it is the first anniversary celebration gig for Vanishing Point @ The Ivy House. With a top-notch eclectic line-up of Indie-Folk artist Catherine Rudie; Alternative Rock band Another Venus; Leftfield Free Jazz ensemble Apocalypse Jazz Unit and Singer-Songwriter Jen. Last Sunday (21st July 2019), the first ever Fresh on the Net Live 1-day festival of new and emerging music took place in North London. It was curated and organised by Demerara Records boss Neil March. Read about this historic event here.

Talented Welsh singer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Jaffro has joined Demerara Records and will release a 6-track EP through the label. The plan is for the EP to be made available as a download-only on Bandcamp and Beatport from mid-August to the end of September after which it will be available worldwide on streaming platforms. Jaffro is headlining at Vanishing Point @ The Ivy House on 3rd October.

It is less than a fortnight until the first ever Fresh On The Net Live and it is FREE ENTRY all day and evening. Doors open at Jacksons Lane Arts Centre on Sunday 21st July at 2PM until 10.30PM and The Boogaloo opens its doors at 6PM. 16 bands and artists will perform on 3 stages.

The next Vanishing Point @ The Ivy House is on Thursday 4th July. Headlining are popular local Indie band Desmerelda supported by local Post-Rock trio HMS Loss and locally based American electronic music artist Aros E-V. Get more info and discount tickets here.

The first ever Fresh on the Net Live one-day festival for new and emerging bands and artists takes place at Jacksons Lane Arts Centre & Theatre and The Boogaloo in Highgate, London N6 on Sunday 21st July 2019. 16 bands and artists associated with Fresh on the Net, BBC Introducing and BBC 6 Music will play across three performance spaces and tickets are just £10 for the whole day.
